CarteLL, what do you mean by "totally wrong"? All the fights you listed are there with correct weigh divisions including the title fight. Plus Bilek and Kotalik were at the weigh ins for a LHW ammy fight, Lejsek and Vacek for a pro WW one and Petrášek was weighin against a guy named Sirila. The fights that were not "cancelled" are because they were never officially cancelled (except Kriz and Kuzela, who have been rescheduled for the next event and I forgot to take them out).

Alright, my apologies.. you obviously know your ****. I've checked again and you're right, they have some mess in the organization tho. I'm going to this event and don't even know what I've paid for haha. So the only mistake you have there is one same fight two times on the card. Sorry again, I didn't mean to confuse you... great job from you!

Heh, yeah. Some orgs will often do that btw, Guy A vs. Guy B is advertised weeks in advance, then come weigh ins against Guy A steps Guy C or whoever else without explanation. In that case I'd rather keep them both since I never know what will really happen - and sometimes that Guy C is just someone's error in the report or weigh ins sheet and Guy B fights anyway (at the last M-1 both their Twitter and Facebook reported a completely different guy fighting and winning, one who was not even near the event). Sometimes fights appear and disappear without a word at the weigh ins too. Sometimes the result for Guy A vs. Guy B is never reported and everybody thinks it never happened until the fight itself pops up on YT a month later. In short you never know. GCF is sadly no exception.

And like the guys said, have fun, a few of those look very interesting, I envy you for example that you'll see Yakuza's MMA debut. And you might get to meet Vadummy, he's personally at the event meeting with Michal Hamršmíd.

Predictions: 7 of 11 Winners, 4 Perfect, 565 Points   |   Tied for 5th with 1 other

Just this last Saturday on SFL 37 the co-main WW title fight between 5-0 Ben Fodor and 4-5 Wesley Golden fell apart on 1 day's notice and 7-0 Jason Novelli stepped in with an undefeated record in a 5x5 fight on 24 hours notice against the 5-0 Fodor even making weight making it a title fight for both.

I don't think I've ever seen a 24 hour replacement improve a card by that much let alone improving it period really.  Basically the exact opposite of most of the 24 hour notice replacement bouts we come across.

Have fun at the event @CarteLL!

Life of a fight center editor is not an easy one ... I've done the "fighter scheduled for two fights on an event" trick too when getting contradicting reports. Easier to have people pick them both then drop the redundant one post-mortem than guess wrong and have the right fight not picked.

Especially in Eastern Europe, fantastic MMA scene over there but not exactly known for logistic reliability. I seriously have no idea how @joe manages to do such an amazing job with that region.

Interwebz 2.0?  Yeah, I've heard rumors of it but he won't confirm it.  Probably because we wouldn't even comprehend it.

Most likely ... also since you and I would most likely use that just for watching midget ****, I guess there's no need to introduce it to us since we already have that with the "old" internet ...
