@tiomanel impossible! He fights in bellator therefore he cannot be good according to people in this thread. Doesn’t have anything to do with his skill but his organization means he’s a second rate fighter no ifs ands or buts

THE UFC IS IN THE ENTERTAINMENT BUSINESS. NOT THE FINDING OUT WHO IS THE BEST FIGHTER IN THE WORLD BUSINESS. I wonder what people would say nowadays about anderson silva if he had fought jacare luke rockhold mousasi when he was still champion

I know I am way way late but I just stumbled into this thread and just could not believe the arguments saying Mousasi was overrated and not a top 5 MW in the world. ******* clown show in here.
Mousasi would easily destroy Costa, Brunson and Cannonier. He would 50-45 Vettori and go the distance with Izzy. Not sure who I would pick there honestly. The one I think gives him really really big trouble is Bobby Knuckles.
But the disrespect on Mousasi is hilarious. It really points out how far MMA still has to go because it's still such a young sport. Lots of, not gonna say the "C" word, who watch the sport a lot but somehow have no idea what is really going on. They are on such a basic level of knowledge that they think Gegard Mousasi would lose to Costa. Imagine! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
