For the TUF final I think the UFC would rather Jianping win due to his popularity but I hope Ning takes it to him, Ning I think has the most talent from that TUF but he's already in his 30's.
I know a few people are fairly high on Yao but I'm not too familiar with him, from what I have seen he's at least decent though.
I would also suspect that we will see Rocky Lee debut on this card.
Overall pretty weak card talent and name wise and most of these guys probably shouldn't even be in the UFC but should be fun like the last Macau one.
