As a Bruins fan their series with the Red Wings will be the one I watch with the most interest, but goddamn did the Blues and Blackhawks play a great game 1 tonight. That's going to be an awesome series. I think the Blues win it in 7, but it could go either way.

I know in a previous post I said I will cheer for the Avs because they have the most Canadians on their team, but now I'm going to cheer for them solely because of Nathan MacKinnon. The kid is unreal!

Each time I hear about Zdeno Chara getting into a fight, I hear about how that same guy happens to be day-to-day after the game with a rib injury.
As a Canadiens fan, I'm happy that Montreal took a 3-0 lead. But as a hockey fan, that disallowed goal was one of the worst calls I have EVER seen.

Jason Spezza is underrated and overlooked. I remember that 93 point season, he was ******* EPIC that year. We'd gladly take him if we don't sign Thomas Vanek.
