God, i hate Chicago. Literally the only team in the NHL that i would say that i hate. This is going to be hilarious if the Wings win this series.

It's Chicago and Pittsburgh for me.  Of course, if Colorado hires Roy as their coach they'll jump back up near the top.

Datsyuk definitely has the best hands in the league, but Crosby is by far the most well rounded NHLer.

I mean, i don't hate any of the Canadian teams, i don't even really hate Colorado anymore, and I just don't like a lot of the players on Pittsburgh. I will probably forever hate the Blackhawks just because. Expecting them to keep going after the Europeans in game four.

I hate Crosby but @nik/jitz is probably right.

Well with the Senators being crushed by the Penguins, as I expected, I'll probably be hopping on the bandwagon of whichever team makes it out of the Chicago/Detroit series.  Always liked Detroit, great fan base.  Was a huge fan of Chicago's rebuild and knew it'd only be a few years before they were amongst the elite.  Both great teams.

Barring injuries, I think next year will be another step forward for Ottawa.

This has been one of the worst playoffs for me ever.

I don't like any of these teams; there is seriously no one I want to root for and we're only in the Conference Semis. Ugh.

Yup, same here, prod. Stevie Y is still my idol, and my only idol ever. I worship that man. His mom and my mom used to be close friends. ive had the opportunity to hang with him.

Hanging with Stevie Y, that must be something.  First player I ever got to witness hoist the Stanley Cup back in '97.  Was up way past my bedtime watching it on a tiny black n white TV.

Patrick Roy officially introduced as the new head coach and VP of hockey operations for the Avalanche. Finally something for Avs fans to cheer about. Other then the firing of Sacco and hiring of Joe Sakic (both recent) there hasn't been anything to be excited about in the last 3+ years.

I think Roy and Sakic working in tandem will improve the roster and at the same time develop the young and talented core of this team. Hopefully within a few seasons the Avs will be back competing for Stanley Cups like they did for their first 10 years in the league in Colorado.

Yup. Not really a Colorado hater as much as i just strongly disliked a bunch of players that played there in that era. Roy was one of them. Him telling his son to kick the **** out of an unsuspecting goalie in juniors was pretty nice as well. All that aside, he doesn't have a whole lot of coaching experience, so i'm not sure why they would pick him over someone who's done the job before.
