Well that sucks. Padilla probably wins anyway but now the credibility of the win is in doubt and Erosa was probably saved a few brain cells but he was robbed of a shot at what would've undoubtedly been an all-time comeback.

I don't think credibility of how solid Padilla performed can be questioned though, he'll be fine and should be seeing lots of fun fights from him, as well as finishes.
