Ben Whitaker  vs.  Petar Nosic 


I hate Ben Whittaker. He's a low-power points giraffe who has ***-jabbed his way through an itinerary of bums and has never even looked dominant doing it, and the only finish he's ever going to get is on himself, in the shower, while looking at a photograph of what he thinks is Mikey's gran but is actually just a LOTR-themed novelty drinks coaster that came with a happy meal and pictures  a warhammer-wielding Gimli son of Gloin chuckling through a heavily beer-foamed beard. He'll beat Petar Nosic, I assume, because he's literally bottom the barrel. I couldn't even really find tape on him, probably because Eastern bloc chard farmers rarely record their sons bashing their wives with dead roosters, or whatever the **** counts as training in such places. Andrew Tabiti  vs.  James Wilson

You know, I like Wilson. He's a HW smash****** in the truest sense of the term, but he's also very overhyped, and the way he's touted as the second-coming of Tyson is more than a tad ridiculous. At the end of all things, he's a puncher, not a boxer. Doesn't have a jab, is content to plod and scoot around like it's a kickboxing fight not throwing a lot until he gets an opening to meth-spaz massive hooks which admittedly when they do land tend to destroy people.

I don't think he's going to beat Tabiti. He'll probably make him miss a lot by sack-dipping constantly, but because he's not Tyson, when he does dip to get into space he does nothing with it, and because Tabiti is the better boxer with good offside pivot straights, and has real power of his own, plus the reach and height, I see him landing something big on Jimmy's temple.I have a feeling Tabiti Hands wilson a bad KO loss here. Tabiti KO/TKO R3-4.

@Mikey you're only defending Whitaker because he's a UK-based fighter, and because of that, like always, you want to lick Irn Bru off his nards. It really does get tiresome.

I don't give a **** about Olympic Boxing. This is pro boxing.
Whittaker is boring as ****, and yes, he beats up bums. He's such a *** that he wins silver at the 0lympics and then goes on to fight guys found-face down in the piss trough three days earlier. Nosic is such a low-rent opponent, I could barely find tape on him. He's very likely even worse than O'Neil.



So let's talk about that:

Here's what Mikey isn't telling you about that KO; Geg is an absolutely ******* jobber and someone who shouldn't even be taking pro fights. He's literally never won a pro fight. Don't believe me? Please see:

Ziyad Al Maayouf  vs.  Hector Alatorre

Very poor quality fight. They're both absolute dogwater, and the only interesting fact I was able to discover about either of them is the somewhat perplexing notion proliferated in some B-tier media that Maayouf is in fact an 'Olympic hopeful'. Perhaps they mean in the sense that four-year-olds often want to be astronauts. 3 out of the five locked in Fisty's storm bunker do, anyway. Frankly I think he as about as much chance of medalling at the Olympics as Heather Mills has of winning the Tour De France.

Anyway, I'm reasonably confident that this is fight is going to be a messy, ugly affair that ends with someone on the deck. Can't make a confident prediction, However. It's a bit like that time I saw Mikey's 28 stone Maw (Muffin-nest mouser blowing wi****lly in the AC) at half-off carvery buffet night at the Fife arms, seated on a stool with all three legs groaning like a brig in a squall: unclear as to which gives out first, or why the proprietors ever saw fit to take such an inevitably disastrous booking for it at all.

@DrChaotic I don't know what you're talking about at all, but I'm glad to have played some minor part in you having a good day FWIW.

Well to be fair, it's not my fault that Tap's database blows chunks.I shouldn't have to look through Boxrec. And why would you assume that I'd even be bothered to dig further back than what's listed on this site anyway?  You say that like a dig through the fights apparently not listed on this site somehow absolves O'Neill or redeems him in some way. I'm assuming you've not actually done that because if you have had, you'd know that the fights not listed on Tap merely paint him as an even bigger turd than I previously described.

Spoiler: O'neill has literally only beaten one fighter with more wins and losses, and that guys total record is 3-1-1. His name is also O'neill, and it's probably Greg's brother who threw the fight. O'neill is currently suspended from fighting.

Whitaker is a pile of ****. He will never achieve a world title in any weight class, and his record of wins is composed of the worst examples of fighters Boxing has to offer. It's like a bag of potpourri composed of different varieties of housepet ****. He will continue to fight bums and eat guppies until he faces anyone even moderately good, at which point he will get KTFO.

That's how it is.
