If I remember correctly Pascual said she requested it, during her interview with The AllStar. She said it’s because she has been fighting at that weight for awhile.

That makes sense. When I first saw it was 135, I thought there was no way pascual would make 135. She’s big for 145

Apparently Mason Jones is supposed to fight on the London card but the ufc is having a hard time getting him an opponent lol

Tahir abdullaev just won at amc fight nights in an absolute war. It was fun and he showed a lot of his varied skilleset, but, he also showed a bunch of holes like gassing out in the third (tbf I do not know how he didn’t ko his opponent; dude had one of the best chins I’ve ever seen), swinging wild shots, and being quite hittable. However, it was an absolute brawl and he did show some great reversals and some deadly striking. I don’t think it’s a ufc worthy fight but he’s 25, 13-1, and now on a 7 fight win streak. He has now beaten two solid opponents in a row and I’m sure the ufc has had their eye on him since uae warriors 24, where Dana was in attendance. We may see him in the ufc soon

Nariman abbasov wins via corner stoppage in round 2. It was a beatdown. He dropped Mirat ewrly in the second and proceeded to beat the shut out of him for 4:30 straight. And still AMC 170 champ. 28-3 now and just whooped a 31-4 fighter. Dude is seriously good

Shavkat rakhmonovs sister, Sora Rakhmanova, just won by first round ko, improving to 3-1 with 3 finishes. Ngl, I had no idea he had a sister but that’s cool to see they’re both fighters

Jafel filho will be competiting on dwcs this season. 13-2 with 4 ko and 8 subs. He is also the shooto brazil 135 champ. He holds a win over fellow dwcs competitor Vinicius Salvador. Pretty solid fighter

Otar tanzilov just won today via first round liver kick. He’s now 6-0 with 5 highlight reel ko’s. This dude is something special; just a walking highlight reel. He does need to fight better competition, but the talent is obviously there. Very diverse kickboxing game and throws with everything he has into each punch. I would say we likely see him on dwcs, but it wouldn’t surprise me if he goes to an org like ksw or ACA instead because of visa issues. I should also mention, he is ******* gigantic for 135, coming in at 5”11


I shouldn’t say likely, but, he perfectly fits the bill of a dwcs signee; young, undefeated, not fought the best comp, and only produces highlight reel finishes

Don’t have time to give breakdowns on each one but we got a ton of new talent added for dwcs. Will add additional info on each fighter when I have a chance 

Ikram aliskerov (insane signing this dude is very good, only loss to Khamzat 👀)
Bruna Brazil (had huge upset on lfa) 
Roy echeverria (goat shed can crusher but looks ok) 
Marnic Mann (hood undefeated prospect; saw her dominate in lfa) 
Leon aliu (had a very impressive ko upset in CW 2 weeks ago) 
And Brunno ferriera

Alright I see why they signed him actually. He’s 41 so it’s his last chance, he’s a coach at xtreme couture, and he’s finished 4 people (albeit cans) in 8 months after coming out of a 9 year retirement. He called out Dana for a shot so seems he got it. Prolly gonna throw him to the wolves lol
