I respect tf out of bkfc for getting these signings. They are never talked about but they have MASSIVE former ufc talent on their roster. It’s pretty insane

Perry vs. MVP is great! How can you not like this fight. We have the answer as to why Thiago Alves got left hanging.

I don’t know if this is interesting to you but Uriah Faber said his A1 promotion will be taking on James Krause’s FAC, Jorge Masvidal’s iKON and Anthony Pettis’ Showtime in some type of 4 way grappling tournament. He said this to the Schmo. I would like to see an MMA tournament myself.

God damn it, that’s like the 3rd time I’ve mixed the two together m🤣🤣

Also, episode three is easily the best of the season. I think yuma will win the 125 bracket. His record isn’t pretty but he’s fought (and beaten) some very good guys on the regional scene, has gone 5 rounds, trains in the US (team oyama), and is a grappler. Rinya nakamura will also win the 135 bracket. I was talking with someone and they called him Japanese bo nickal; pretty spot on comparison. He’s only 4-0 but has fought amazing comp, has great striking and power, and is a phenomenal wrestler. Then the feature bout u have Josefinne Knutsson who I have been hyping the ever loving **** out of. She’s fantastic imo and very fun to watch. She has very much looked ufc ready imo

@scarn oh yeah, it’s the Polaris squads. They do that in fight pass every year I thjnk. It’s very fun to watch. They did that a few months ago with team lfa, fac, fury fc, and some other promotion I forget the name of lol

For those who don’t know, leyva is a very very intriguing prospect. He is a former Mexican Olympic wrestler who has transitioned to mma… and hasn’t used his high level wrestling once lol. He competed in the 2016 and 2020 Olympics and medaled in 2019 pan-ams. He’s been killing it in Uwc and is 5-0 with all 5 wins via ko. He also trains at entram gym. Dude looks phenomenal and we probably see him in the ufc with a win here. Reis is a can crusher so besides a freak injury or gassing out (or my goddamn prospect curse) he should win this pretty easy. This dude is very good imo but, he needs to face a step up in competition; more than reis tok as he has a padded record. Probably expect leyva to be on dwcs (either late this season or next season) with a win

Is James Krause still fighting? Last I remember he was on a great run and the only loss was a controversial split on a day notice against Giles.

I think Krause said he was going to focus more and more on his coaching and he'll only take short notice fights if needed (apparently it's easier for him than doing a full camp or something like that). I remember, it looked like he was trying to set up a fight with him and Buckley around the time Buckley got that spinning **** KO, but that fizzled out pretty quickly, it's like the UFC didn't care for it despite there being real beef between the two.
