That's a bunch of bs. I hope the athletics commission reviews and overturns this decision. He only hit the back of the head like two times and both were unintentional. There was no way Prater was gonna come back. Good job to Silva and Team Nogueira. Good win in my book.

I agree, that was an absolutely terrible decision. Is it possible to get something like that overturned after the fact?

I'm sure it can't but i'm really hoping...

If anything it would get switched to a no contest. But I doubt it will. Silva should've had that knockout. It was a horrible decision by Yamasaki. He should've at least backed Silva up and explained what was going on. In no way did he KO Prater based on strikes to the back of the head.

jones vs hamil had a preciding athletic commission, this dosnt, so its the ufcs call apparently? but equally there isnt a defined appeal procedure. im not holding out hope.
