diaz would fight thru everything. plus condits not really known for taking fighters down. so it would have to be a standing elbow if he gets one at all.

@wolf I think it's been proven that Diaz can be knocked down if a shot lands flush (see Diaz/Daley) and I think Condit will have some vicious GNP that cuts Diaz. After that it's just a matter of hitting that cut a few times and the fight will have to be stopped.

Whatever. We agreed to a sig bet, so we'll find out come February.

Nick Diaz and Carlos Condit are the best WW's in the world! They dont take a year off, they come to fight. And will FIGHT at UFC 143, easy fight of the night, hell maybe even fight of the year 2012! This has all the making of one of the best fights ever and I cannot wait.

@brad Are you insane? Saying Diaz will win is one thing, but if you seriously think Diaz can KO Condit, than you must smoke more pot than Diaz does. Condit took full force shots from Jake friggin' Ellenberger; Diaz has a snowball's chance in Hell of knocking Condit out. TKO is one thing, but even that is highly, HIGHLY unlikely. Only realistic way Diaz wins this is by submission or surviving long enough for Condit to get tired, and taking the decision.
