Just look at Rob vs Adesayna 2, people point for Rob winning and getting robbed was he did takedown that achieve nothing, Adesayna and Rob pretty much were equal on the feet, my point being it is way to close on the damage to be a robbery

I just don't think it a robbery, Yan most likely should of won it though, I just think they're enough plausible deniability for the judges giving it to O'Malley, Judging at the end of the day is people opinion

Also I said Yan on my scorecards won the first two round, I thought Yan did the better stikes in round 1 and 2, Also that slam should count for points in round 1, I said Yan should of won 2 round, People acting like I think O'Malley won, I never said he did

this year we had two fighters with 8 - 0 record:
nick maximov and jake hadley who both went from 8 - 0 to 8 - 1 . (both were on same card too when this happened)
..and with 16 - 0 record this year also later:
alexandr romanov and jack shore who both went from 16 - 0 to 16 - 1 .
same thing happened with punahele soriano in middle of '21 when he fought nick maximov.
i know things happen and there are fighters in ufc who passed this 8 -0 thing with no loss, but anyways. concurrence?
maybe someone else noticed something like that? or has something to add?

There is no true undefeated fighter in MMA but if the UFC wants, they can create superstars by protecting them.
All of those names you listed were clear that they weren't absolute top tier talent, which is why they probably wanted to break the illusion and get better negotiation power for the company in the process.
