Aljamain Sterling has the longest win streak in batamweight history and has the tied most consecutive title defence in division history also. People discredit this great man, But he the best ever to ever do it at batamweight,

Petr Yan is 1-3 in his last 4, the only thing Petr Yan is good at nowadays is losing fights, Algoat is breaking batamweight records while Yan is doing his best to become Sam Alvey 2.0, I think that why Yan boyfriends get so mad at Sterling, They wish Yan was as good as Sterling 

Also, in his fan mind, he’s undefeted because they’re delusnal, He lost, get over it

For real though, people really need to start giving Aljamain Sterling some respect! Let's start with the first Petr Yan fight. Yes, Yan was winning the fight but (A) even if he had lost, losing to Yan isn't anything to be ashamed of and (B) it isn't his fault that Yan threw that illegal knee. That's soley on Yan. As for the "acting", who are we to say what was going through his head at that moment in time? None of us took that blow to the head. Only he knows how much that hurt or didn't depending on your point of view. One thing's for certain, none of us would want to know what that knee felt like.

As for the rematch, it was a very close fight. I feel that he won it, but it can be argued the other way. Both him and Yan put on a tough fight and on this occasion, they felt that Sterling won. Lucky? Perhaps, but certainly not a robbery or even all that unreasonable.

He has now just finished T.J. Dillashaw (one of the Bantamweight G.O.A.T.S depending on how strong your view on PEDs are) and before he became infamous, also had wins over Renan Barao (this guy so often gets overlooked in the Bantamweight G.O.A.T discussion), Pedro Munhoz, Jimmie Riviera and Cory Sandhagen!

Do I think he's the Bantamweight G.O.A.T? No. Do I see someone like Marlon Vera potentially causing him problems in the near future? Absolutely! But right now he is the best in the division and has earnt that spot.

On the plus side at least he’s 33. He’s got 3-4 more good years in him. I’m gonna say slim to none that he becomes champ again but at least he’ll still be there

yeah I agree. as long as Islam is in the division he's not gonna be champ again. it seems like Islam could probably beat Olives with one of his hands tied behind his back

Yan vs O'Malley wasn't a robbery, I had it for Yan, But it was a close ass fight, Just because you disagree with a decsion, Doesn't make it a robbery, 1st and 3rd round was close, Only round he clearly won was the 2nd

Just saying only 65% of people thought Yan won the 1st, And 55% of people think O'Malley won the third, Thinking O'Malley winning 2 out of 3 round isn't crazy opinion
