I'm walking home from the beer store and I live in a small town so it's just one big main street, I know most neighbours but not personally I just know them cause I pass their houses everyday. I'm walking back home from the beer store, and I see this kid standing next to a garbage bag, it's Saturday and garbage got collected on Thursday.
I'm wondering *** as he is facing the other way but I'm looking at he had this black robe on, and then he turned around and had a mask on like those doofus clown viral videos that were going around. The difference is this was during the day and on a sidewalk and his house was right there.
I smiled, said to him "Practicing, huh?" waved and no response, I just started laughing. What the **** is with kids these days.

Either that or a person is being unrealistic. Violence is not the answer to 98% of life's problems, but it's also the only answer to the others 2%. Being unwilling or incapable of using violence the 2% of the time it's necessary is not virtuous, it's just pathetic.

Baron Von Rattus not exclusively. When I watch footage of that Buddhist monk who sat himself on the ground, poured diesel over his body, set himself on fire and burned to death without making a sound in the 60's, I'm not thinking 'Pffft--what a *****'. I have no idea how that is even possible.
Maybe that doesn't qualify as pacifism.
