That said, Hardcore FC is pretty awesome. They are putting out really slick events almost every week.

Definitely a watershed moment for Japan, things like Abe's assassination basically do not ever happen in that country. The fact that he was even able to be assassinated by a guy just walking up behind him with a blunderbuss made of curtain rods and duct tape is the only proof anybody needs of that. So out of left field it just wasn't even registered as a legitimate possibility, so no real security measures were taken.

Japan doesn't need more guns. The Japanese are so much more civilised than Americans it practically beggars belief. Moreover you do realise that Japan has basically elected a conservative government every cycle since 1955, right? So yes, you can thank conservative values for Japan's very low rate of crime--especially violent crime, and for the civilisation they have built.
Japan's main problem is that its people are gradually going extinct.
