What's up with all these guys moving DOWN in weight? I thought that you were moving UP in weight as you get older, because of the weight not coming off as easily when cutting weight... Maybe that's not 100% true. 🤔.

Dude needs to change his diet and workout. If he slimmed down, and actually lost muscle mass he might be able to make 145 and have a length and reach advantage. I think If Aldo made 135, Barboza can make 145 but he would have to lose probably 12 pounds or so to make the weight without depleting himself too much.

He would also want to take some weight off, to help make up for the difference in speed between lightweights and featherweights.

I think its worth a try if he can get down to 145 healthy without depleting himself. He's been getting smashed at 155 lately.

If he can make the weight healthily it's a good move. Less wrestlers at FW. Yair is like #6 and he has no ground game lmao.

Most of the Wrestlers at 145 are midgets too. Would be tough for them to shoot in on him. I'm not sure how far he can go at FW. But seeing him fight Max, Zabit, Yair, Ortega, and Zombie would all be awesome fights.
