Commey vs. Beltran

I really do like Ray Beltrán as the person. ESPN did a short feature on him a few years back before he won the WBO Lightweight Title. He's gotta come from ****-king nothing to something backstory. A reeaaal likeable guy... But let's face the truth here. We have a 38 year old Beltran, who's actually not that far past his prime. He was a late bloomer as they say. And he's gotta move back down to 135 for this fight. Then there's Commey. Geeezus Christ did he have a coming out party last time out vs. Isa Chaniev, who he completely smashed in 2. And he's destroyed 8 of his last 9. And he's part of that damn African Invasion. I expect Commey to destroy and retire Raymundo Beltrán. Sorry Ray.
Adames vs. Day

This is the fight I've had circled a month out. We get #6 (IBF) Carlos Adámes vs. #8 (IBF) Patrick Day. Annnd according to BoxRec: Adámes is #12, Day is #20 @ Jr. Middleweight. Day does have the skill to upset Adámes. Go ahead, laugh at me. But he is a legit, live underdog. Oooooh, who me, Oh **** No, I'm taking Carlos Adámes. Just trying to tempt someone else into taking Day.

Isn't Junior Fa, a Kickboxer? Either way, it shouldn't matter. Fa is Bigger, Faster, Younger, Prolly Stronger, Longer Reach, ..... But Less experienced. Fa is 17–0; 10ko while 44 Yr Old, Decrepit Ass Dominick Guinn is 37–12–1; 26ko. I put money on the old-timer gettin slept.

@brad I was trying to find out some info on Dmitry Yun too and I found 1 thing! He boxed for his country (Uzbekistan) in an international amateur tournament, I couldn't find any tape! Just a written review that said he impressed and won 2 fights. Not much to go on but I'm picking him as his opponent isn't very good and I'm banking on this being a fight where they try and get the debuting fighter a win. I may be wrong tho, especially as he's the underdog, the underdog NEVER wins 99% of the time!!

Yeah seen that, doubt it makes a difference tho as I expect Commey to KO him! Beltran is tough but Commey has blasted out 25 of 28 wins!

What an excellent fight between Commey and Beltran! Commey dropped him 2x in the 1st but Beltran wobbled him right back with a left hook! Every time Commey hurt him he fired back but in the end it was too much. Dropped him 4x and the ref waved it off In the 8th
By the way Brad I was right about Dmitry Yun! He got the UD win.
Speaking of underdogs Miguel González came outta nowhere to sleep undefeated Saul Rodríguez!
