Why is the Bellator FW champion not available to be ranked in the FW rankings?

There are a good number of FW and BW fighters missing from the ranking system

@Ben I've noticed, but for a major organization's champion to be omitted is kind of surprising!

I met him at the Ring of Fire card and he was cool as a fan...most people don't like him cause he's a tad ****y, but its more to promote fights then it is when he's talking with fans

His last fight was at BW.  I think they only let fighters be available to ranked in one weight class at a time.

@analias is correct.  In fact, you can see it on this page, below Joe Warren's picture.

Weight class: bantamweight.

It's obviously not ideal that fighters can only be in 1 weight class. But that's just how it is (for now).

Ya you can only rank them at the last weight they fought at.

@buffalo ben you mentioned there are lots of fighters missing at 135 and 145.  Do you have any other examples?

Hamid Corassani and Louis Gaudinot are ones I was unable to find recently. Thank you for the proactive interest. Let me just say that i did not mean to be critical. I am very grateful for the good work you guys continue to do with this website.

Taoplogy is great when it comes to that stuff.  A couple of times there have been fighters I wanted to rank that weren't listed.  I just dropped a suggestion in the suggestion box on the side of the page, and within a couple of hours the fighters were added.

What about recent fights being available for rankings purposes? Is there a standard waiting time? I just noticed Edgar/Maynard III was listed but some others from recent cards aren't.
