right or the fact they neither were penalized for timidity was shocking. I think the names & magnitude of the match got in the way of properly officiating it. Fix is a phenom but come on...needs to be law & order in such a physical sport.

Exactly. Could’ve been multiple stall or action calls. It was a horribly officiated match.
Also, yes, Fix I’d a phenom and jr world champion but Suriano is also a phenom and won their first hs match (think still longest match in hs history) Fix might have beaten him in Cadet trials I think they’ve gone a few times. Folk style these guys are pretty even..both extremely elite upper echelon vs other elite wrestlers.

@Swain Your boy DeSanto is on a tear! Hearing this is the craziest 133 has been in years. March Matness right around the corner
FloWrestling just picked up UWW so I'll get to watch the "2019 Ivan Yariguin" starting the 24th, really looking forward to that. I swear they change the spelling of that mans last name ever year. Apparently Thomas Gilman made the trip

That’s awesome. Good in Gilman and Sam Brooks for making that roster.

I wonder what the prevalence of knee injuries is in career wrestling. The more you use something the sooner it breaks, and stress these guys must be putting on their knees is phenomenal. I've got ****** hands from hitting bags and I've never even had a pro fight, that's just from local club ******** over the course of 15 years or so. All that weight and force being applied to the knees over and over and over...not just in competition but training. It's amazing their knees aren't shot after a few years of it.
