Pretty interesting

Spong vs. Rampage - LHW
Johnson vs. Vegh - LHW
Arlovski vs. Minakov - HW
Moraes vs. Dantas - BW
Okami vs. Schlemenko - MW
Palhares vs. Lima - WW
Gaethje vs. Chandler - LW
Karakhanyan vs. Straus - FW

Fitch vs. Hawn - WW
Dave Branch vs. Brett Cooper - MW? That one's a little strange to include

Overall very interesting.

If that was all on one card I would pay to see it.

a lot more intriguing then a Bellator only PPV. It would still have to be priced right.

Bjorn will never go for it. that PPV could cripple them for good.

I could see WSOF winning 4 of those pretty easy. If they won more than that Bellator would look even more like garbage.

I could see WSOF winning almost all of those. I'd lol so hard if that happened, Bella*****'s legitimacy would go right out the window (whatever's left of it anyway).

As much as id like to say WSOF would win them all, I think Lima would make Palhares turtle and Chandler would be too much too soon for Gaethje

I have Spong beating Rampage, but maybe not.
Johnson vs Vegh is a toss up for me, Rumble has never faced a decent LHW
Minakov crushes Arlovski
Dantas crushes Moraes
Okami grinds Shlemenko out handedly
Lima vs Palhares is another toss up for me.
Chandler probably wrecks Gaethje at this point.
Strauss outclasses Georgi
Fitch fitches Hawn.
Cooper vs Branch is another toss up for me.

Honestly, Id buy it but it still wouldn't do but like 80,000 to 100,000 buys at best and it could hurt one of the promotions a lot which would be detrimental. Maybe in a few years when both organizations are more established it would do a lot better. PPVs are too soon for these guys.

This would be awesome, I love **** like this.

Honestly out of those fights, I could see half winning for Bellator and half for WSOF...it's an interesting card for sure.

very interesting, but it won't happen. none of those fights really favor bellator, i love the challenges but Bjork Febney will have some politically correct answer to justify it never happening.

Spong vs Rampage - Dayum, what a matchup that could be. If Spong keeps it on the feet, easy win for Spong. If Rampage is smart, he'll take it to the ground. But I've got Spong.

Johnson vs Vegh - Umm... Neither guy would ever be considered elite, but Vegh takes it.

Arlovski vs Minakov - Arlovski's chin isn't as good as it used to be, and Minakov has scary power, so Minakov would win by early KO.

Moraes vs Dantas - Moraes ftw! He's a bad dude, he would go out there and KILL Eduardo Dantas! Moraes IS the future of Bantamweight! Watch this **** happen!

Okami vs Shlemenko - Okami crumbled against Jacare, and Shlemenko has much better striking, but the X-Factor would be the size and wrestling of Okami, so I'd take Yushin by UD.

Palhares vs Lima - Wow, bad fight right there. Easiest one to predict... Lima KTFO round 1.

Gaethje vs Chandler - Wow, a fight of a hype train in Gaethje, who's already being called "The future of LW" By a lot of people, and Chandler, the guy people were formerly referring to as "The future of LW". These guys will go at it, but in the end, an impressive performance by Chandler.

Karakhanyan vs Strauss - Hmm... Karakhanyan is a member of Tapology, so I can't pick against him...

Fitch vs Hawn - A fight between two old guys. One is good and exciting (Hawn) One is good and Boring (Fitch) Keslar had a lot of success early against Hawn, before he faded and got finished. Fitch doesn't get tired, so I think he'll just grind away for a UD.

Branch vs Cooper - I don't like either of these guys, pass...

So, I've got it:
Bellator: 4

WSOF: 5

WSOF, kick the **** outta these Bellator idiots please. Make Bjorn feel like a ****** and have him move to some small country on the other side of the planet. Please. If it happens, WSOF better get more wins. If they don't, pitty on them... Bellator sucks, get them outta here!

First of all, I would ******* LOVE this to happen

Spong vs. Rampage
 - Spong. Easy. When's the last time 'Page took anything to the ground? He'll strike and he'll lose. Badly. 1-0 WSOF

Johnson vs. Vegh
 - AJ, just because. It could go either way, probably more likely to go Veigh's way, but this would be my pick. 2-0 WSOF

Arlovski vs. Minakov
 - I'd probably go with Minakov via Arlovski been through a bit more chin-weakening ****. 2:1 WSOF

Moraes vs. Dantas
 - Hmmm, leaning towards Moraes but Dantas could take this 3:1 WSOF

Okami vs. Schlemenko
 - Again, tough on to call, but leaning towards Okami via suffocation 4:1 WSOF

Palhares vs. Lima
 - I actually think Paul Harris goes home with a leg 5:1 WSOF

Gaethje vs. Chandler
 - Chandler. Period. 5:2 WSOF

Karakhanyan vs. Straus
 - Me thinks Georgi, but me's bias as **** 6:2 WSOF

Fitch vs. Hawn
 - Depends on whether Fitch rediscovers his inner-Fitch and puts on a Fitching or WSOF Fitch shows up. Since WSOF Fitch is very present and I went with Georgi v/Straus (which is probably wrong) I'll go with Hawn to even things up. 6:3 WSOF

As cool as it would be I don't see anyway Bellator says yes to this.

I don't think this happens because Bellator has all the talent here. One of their stars loses, all downhill. They all win, they gain nothing.

@bklettke He doesn't need a politically correct answer, it's just flat out a bad business idea for him.

Why co-promote with an organization and put your fighters up for fights where your fighters could possibly lose which would in turn have them lose credibility by making them look weaker than an organization that is struggling in ratings and no one knows of?

That's as bad a business move just to please 2 or 3 fans.

@grizzly, he does need a politically correct answer because if he says what you said he's basically saying he doesn't believe he has the best fighters outside the UFC and show his fighters exactly that. It'll basically be him saying, you guys aren't that good so let me protect you from that other organization that hasn't been around for more than 2 years.

He'll have a politically correct answer even though the truth is that it's bad business as you said.

By the way, the fact that WSOF will even be competitive in something like this, let alone be the favorite to win overall is a big **** you to Bellator's tournament system. WSOF bought good and relevant fighters with hard cash and became the more talented promotion withing less than 2 years. Tournaments-shmournaments.

If you want to pride yourself in growing your own talent within your own tournaments you also need to accept not being top dog and letting those fighter advance once they're "done with you".

Also, I think Aziz said this would be a "winner takes all" challenge ... which would be absolutely awesome if Smellator lost AND it shows just how much faith WSOF have in their fighters.
