Tapology member Halny has started to send us a lot of updates about happenings in Polish MMA.  He's never posted in the forums, but I'm encouraging him to come here and start providing updates on cards and fighters in Poland.  There's a lot going on in that country!

Badurek vs. Albu confirmed. The most interesting thing is ... strawweight limit.

Izabela had problems with making weight in the past, but now she prepares a diet with specialists. Effects of this cooperation should be visible on 10th April on weigh in

Do you remember about rumour about Peter Sobotta's injury? Someone on twitter wrote that welterweight fighter is injuried and could be out from UFC Kraków

He is being serious. As in he can't actually stop them from interviewing others or others from giving them, but he is interrupting this one for real and expressing his actual opinion. And he is dead serious about not giving them interviews himself.

It is still unofficial, but apparently Fabiński did sign up to fight McLellan and the fight will be in Welterweight instead of the original Middleweight.

Vitor Marinho won with Tymoteusz Świątek by KO/TKO in 5th round for Fight Exlusive Night BW Title, but I want to talk about other thing.

Fight was very bad. Tymoteusz's face looked awful, Pole adsorbed a lot of punches and knees from Marinho and he was fighting on the border of consciousness. Swiatek landed on the ground after last punch and Doctors had to care about Świątek. He was carried onto a stretcher after fight.

If I have some more news about Tymoteusz's condition, I'm gonna write about it here.

Świątek looked bad, slow and kind of fat from the very start, apparently having to cut 15 kg in the last week iirc didn't serve him well. The real guilty parties though are the referee, who just kept pushing him mouth piece back in and signalling to fight on and his corner, who just kept patting him on the back, wiping him out and sending him back in, even though he was literally walking unconscious after about 2 rounds and after 3 it was obvious he was not only not winning, he was not even there - he was even attacking the air late in the fight. His girlfriend in the crowd looked more and more horrified from round to round and she had every right to be. I wouldn't be surprised if he was seriously injured and his career suffered in the long run after this. A very bad after-taste.

Apparently the highlander might be immortal or at least super tough after all. He just messaged from the hospital that he just has a broken nose, but apart from that he's fine and he's just very sorry he failed all his fans. Huh.
