For what, him saying that Background Checks should be better to keep guns away from criminals?

he said criminals and "Terrorists" some awfully dumb criminals who no doubt could not get a gun b/c of a background check.( a certain percentage) I would think the % of terrorists denied would be incredible small so whoever wrote that is just dumb too.
