I don't want to see it. he is 51 years old, and has beat absolutely nobody.

He hasnt even fought in forever, bringing him in without him at least getting some fights would be as bad if not worse than the Toney thing

If Chad Griggs got two fights in the UFC, Herschel Walker could get at least get one.

He looked impressive in his SF fights, but he didn't really fight anyone of notice. Would probably lose pretty badly if he fought in the UFC.

I wouldn't mind seeing him fight tbh. The guy was a professional athlete and has 2 fights, 2 KO's. Let the guy add another feather to his cap. Not to mention the dude looks like this at 51, talk about genetics....

It would be an insult to the sport for this guy to take the place of a qualified MMA fighter on a UFC event.

^^^^It's the HW division. There are only like 2 people qualified above him probably that are worth taking for that division.

Kimbo Slice has better MMA credentials than Herschel Walker.

Look, the guy is a phenomenal athlete, but he's accomplished nothing as an MMA fighter.  His accomplishments in MMA are impressive...for a 50 year old.  He can not and would not win against any UFC caliber opposition.

I wouldnt mind seeing him get a UFC fight. Match him up with a can, and put him on the prelim card. Whats the worst that can happen lol

Kimbo Slice vs Herschel Walker? I'd watch that. I'd take Walker in the fight too. Kimbo is a street brawler, Walker actually has a martial arts background.

Everyone is arguing in favor of him because he's 51. Take age out of the equation and there's no way he deserves a shot in the UFC. Being amazingly good for a 51 year old doesn't make you good enough for the UFC. Win a few more fights and prove that you're not a sideshow. Simple as.

He should win one more fight to prove himself once more. Like an elimination/move up fight.

My problem with this is that, like the Toney fight, its just a gimmick. He's not going to stick around and say "I want a run at the HW gold". Its a special attraction that will hurt more than it helps.

Unless he's gonna fight someone with one last fight on their contract, I don't see the point. I've already seen that the guy can do it, he doesn't need to prove that to me again.

I'm all for a good gimmick fight. They should match him up with another pro athlete from a different sport with similar training experience. Maybe a hockey brawler or basketball player or something,

Shaq said he wants to fight in the UFC? Make it happen. Shaq vs Walker. That would be a fight I'd pay to see providing that Shaq can make 265
