Amazing video, some of my all time favorite MMA moments in there. Saku is one of the few fighters that I can say if you are not a fan of his then you are not a fan of MMA

Saku was amazing.Never seen anything like him.Such a calm catch wrestling style.Always looking for the Submission.A legend for sure.

By calm I mean never afraid and always relaxed.

good work Swick.  Saku was simply amazing.

Saw it yesterday on youtube, it's awesome. Although I was kind of sceptical in the first 2 minutes...

Nice tribute.... I watched it earlier, but didn't comment. I love Saku.

Absolutely amazing work. The moment where he shakes hands with Helio brought a tear to my eye, i don't know why. It was just a really cool moment. If you cannot appreciate what Kazushi Sakuraba did in this sport, you are not an MMA fan. Period.

I posted this in another thread ... I guess it fits here too ...

I lived in Tokyo in 2007-08 and caught quite a few good shows.

Saw PRIDE 34 (that's where I "fell in love" with Shinya Aoki) and saw Sakuraba in 2007 K-1 Dynamite!! (damn Minowaman lost!) against Funaki and in saw him lose to Manhoef in DREAM 4 ("Mayhem" Miller lost there too, though I had no idea who he was at the time). Mousasi and Overeem won on that card too ... I guess that's one of the reasons I want Overeem to beat JDS ... we go way back :)

The atmosphere in Japan was sick ... I've never been to a UFC show so I can't compare, but Japan was crazy! If you haven't seen a Japanese MMA crowd when Sakuraba walks in, you haven't seen complete and utter adoration ...

The man has a one-hundred percent warrior spirit and his style made you remember what is so great about one on one competition.

I very much hope he is done with MMA.  He's given us all enough.
