Barnett just needs to not get hit with a Rogers bomb and he'll be fine.

Wouldn't be surprised to see either man win. 15 minutes is still a good amount of time for Barnett to get caught.

Both these fighters are big HWs, and have tremendous power. Barnett has a wealth of experience coming into this fight. He's a former UFC HW Champion, and one of the most decorated and respected fighters in MMA. Brett Rogers made a quick rise to fame with his 22 second destruction of former UFC HW Champion Andrei Arlovski. Since then Rogers dropped two in a row, but they were to two of the best fighters in the HW divsion. Rogers got himself back into the win column with a decision victory over Rueben Villareal. Either Rogers is going to get himself back into the spotlight with this fight, or he's going to be another victim at the hands of another great MMA HW. I think Barnett takes this fight with his wrestling and clinch game. Josh Barnett by TKO round 3.

What's the line on this? I don't see Rogers having any sort of a realistic chance against Josh....at all.

@jaykool he was a tire changer :)
But anyways i think rogers is highly overrated but he does have a punchers chance against anyone he fights, unless he gets caught first. i havent picked on this fight yet but i dont see barnett losing, unless brett lands a big punch.

Oh poor Brett Rogers. Either someone dosen't quite like you or thinks too highly of you. Why else would have not faced three highly rated heavyweights in Fedor, Overeem and now Barnett. Sure you'll be facing who has only had four fights since 2009 (including this one) but quite frankly, unless you've all of a sudden become one of the elite in the heavyweight diversion, your chances are very grim (pun intended. Barnett has lost to Antônio Rodrigo Nogueira, Mirko Filipović (three times) and Pedro Rizzo who at the time of facing Barnett were considered to be elite heavyweights.

Still, Brett should NOT be underesitmated. He's so far only lost to the best and he gave Fedor hell in the 1st round of their fight and IF he can keep the fight standing, his chances improve somewhat. But Barnett has only lost by KO against Rizzo and that was around ten years ago. Maybe time has been unkind to Barnett or maybe Barnett will show up unprepared. But I see Barett coming into this 100 per cent ready and taking down Rogers and giving him his 3rd loss of his career

@mino everyone picking against Rogers is obviously one of those racists.

@Heroak - One of those racists? What is that supposed to mean? I'm not picking against Rogers because of his race, I'm picking against him because he's going up against a former UFC HW Champion (who won the title by beating Randy Couture), and one MMA's most experienced and elite fighters. Rogers' only win over an elite fighter, was Andrei Arlovski, but that victory wasn't against Arlovski at the peak of his career.

On another note, I really didn't know what Rogers job was at Wal-Mart. I just assumed because he's a big guy trained in MMA, he would've been head of security. No disrespect was intended on the joke. Truth is, Rogers does have  puncher's chance, but then again so does Barnett.

The main reason I'm picking Barnett, is because he is the more experienced and well rounded fighter.
