Regretfully I think Mir's champion days are over. Dos Santos is a much faster and stronger striker and if he can keep it standing he should have no problem picking Mir apart.

I think he would've lost to Cain and that he will lose to dos Santos. No disrespect, but that Nog win wasn't supposed to happen. It was the most amazing turn of events I've seen in quite a while. I respect Mir, but dos Santos will showcase his boxing and finish Mir early.

If you dont count Mir's back track early in his career cause of the motorcycle accident, Mir only loses to massive wrestlers with big power. JDS is not a massive wrestler, and Frank mir is bigger than him. I'm taking Mir here.

JDS all the way... I think Mir is an awesome person, I met him in Vegas a couple months back and he was cool as hell, but this is a real mismatch... only thing I can hope for is to see what JDS' ground game looks like...

I've come back from a Mir hater to a Mir lover (no ****), but I have to say that come fight night, it'll be Mir eating strawberries all over again.

Still, I like both guys and I'm looking forward for the fight and really hope Mir brings it.

How sick would it be to see Mir become champ again? You never know, Mir could pull off an insane submission, his moves really are that slick, but it's gonna be mighty hard getting past Juniors sweeeet uppercuts and his takedown defense.

Mir couldn't survive the firepower of Shane Carwin, and Carwin was mauled by Junior Dos Santos.

I see Mir losing to Cain or Junior. I doubt he will ever wear the belt again. He's good but better fighters have arrived. It is the way of things.

i like both fighters, but dos santos has probably the hardest hands at heavy he will put him away early, but if he can survive mir could pull of the sub, we don't know the extent of jds's cardio

i agree with @analias im a fan of frank mir and hope that he somehow gets a lucky win, but with JDS chin the way it is and his takedown defense being good and having a black belt puts him at a huge advantage over Mir, with Mir's glass jaw it isnt going to take JDS 2 min to get this KO.
