Predictions: 9 of 11 Winners, 2 Perfect, 515 Points   |   Tied for 436th

The fighters are weighed in and we're set for a PPV that's been flying under the radar with the influx of UFC 214 announcements and the loom specter that is McGregor-Mayweather.

Still, UFC 213 is a solid card with two compelling title fights and a marquee Heavyweight clash. I'm looking forward to it.

Prelims kick off Saturday night on UFC Fight Pass at 630pm ET before switching over to FS1 at 8pm.

The PPV main card kicks off at 10pm. Enjoy!

It seems like it. We just had Ladd yesterday and now Nunes there are a lot more in recent memory. McCall comes to mind or his opponent at some point.

Any word on what's wrong with her?I read Helwani say "she's been sick this week" but it doesn't say all week or anything.I guess the #1 reason these days is the weight cut but she looked pretty good at the weigh in.I had Shevchenko-Sub-4 I think Nunes had an ok chance to finish early but that's it,well small chance of decision. She's worthless when she gasses but I don't know what her cardio is like these days but it's always been ****.Her fight with D'Alelio was a pretty pathetic display of cardio and I actually picked Cat to finish in the 3rd despite cat having the worst striking defense in the division when it comes to higher level fighters.

I am sorry...but this is becoming a problem now for me... What happens to AMerican viewership is that many buy the fight..then this happens... and ya know us lazy Americans..lol.. We decide "aww hell with it ..let it ride it will be a good night anyways"... That is the sales schtik I think...

In boxing they used to use these schemes to "freeze out" opponents... Train half camp through build up and pull out last minute then train REAL hard while there opponent has went up/ down and tried to come back up again... Not saying thats what is happening here.. but AM saying championship fighters should be held to a higher accord... especially if its a weight issue... take the belt and make them move up for 3 fights before coming back... American audiences are essentially paying for things that UFC is NOT producing as of late..

Heard Joanna Champion may step in... I HIGHLY doubt it'll happen, but Joanna posted on her IG that they're trying to make the fight official. If I get off work and see that that fight's happening...

"Sick all week', but looked a million bucks in all of the embeddeds. 99% she ******* botched the weight cut and didn't want to lose the belt for not making weight, so she suddenly got "sick".

How can you be so sick you have to pull out of a title fight but manage to hide it so well from the million cameras following you around, hop like a bunny during the open workouts and all the other ****?

Not even going to happen... They can build that up all they want there just planting seeds for future... its the GOAL to make that fight,... eventually.but Joanna doesnt NEED to come to anyone.. for her to just fight at a heavier weight without training for it... Thats not what shes about... These people claiming shes begging to are full of ****... shes a "Brand" now..

@yossgold Your post confuses me.Surely you know she made weight (you slippin lol) ?She actually looked fine at the weigh ins to me.

My opinion on the Joanna thing is just a publicity stunt plus some might be more eager to get the ppv hearing that fight might happen even though we all know it won't.

First Cody hurts his back and the bout with TJ is scrapped from this card, now Nunes is sick and that fight is more than likely going to be scrapped.

Exact reason I wont buy PPVs until it's actually time to start.

@Kuma, haven't watched the weigh ins yet ... who's got 2 thumbs, jumped the gun and looks like an idiot ;)

I still think it's due to a botched weight cut, but I'll shut up now ...

It's true she could have missed the re weigh in weight right? That's what they do now?If that's the case and she missed she would be stripped since it's a title fight?I remember them saying people would still fight but be forced to move up in that case, but it's a title fight so that might be different.I should probably read about these new weigh in rules,I really don't know much about it.It would be 10% gain right..that would be 148.5 it would be pretty sad if she couldn't make that today.

I'm so let down with this fight being scrapped.I have never disliked Nunes but since she's been champ she's getting really annoying and now this.I officially dislike her now haha.

well, at least we get to have one last brazilian champ for a couple weeks more, right? right??

weird "sickness", though.

Rob Font vs Douglas Andrade will open the main card now.
