Chad Laprise Wiki

Chad Laprise is a Canadian undefeated fighter and current UFC fighter.  He had a successful two-fight win streak in the Bellator Fighting Championships where he defeated Josh Taveirne and Ainsley Robinson.


Laprise joined the Ultimate Fighter Nations in 2014 and he was member as Team Canada.  In the third episode his coach Patrick Cote picked Laprise to face Chris Indich.  After 2 rounds, Chad won by unanimous decision over Indich and both fighters would later earn $25,000 as the fight was named Fight of the Season.


Chad Laprise faced fellow Team Canada member Kajan Johnson in the semi-finals.  Laprise knocked out Kajan Johnson in the second round and won KO of the Season. In The Ultimate Fighter Nations welterweight final, Chad Laprise earned a split decision over his undefeated teammate from the show, Olivier Aubin-Mercier.  Laprise won with combinations and defensive grappling in a very close fight.  In his first UFC fight after become the Ultimate Fighter of his season, Laprise defeated Yosdenis Cedeno by unanimous decision.
