Daley has been working on his TDD with Abedi who is a Judo black belt and he's brought in Diego Gonzalez to roll with if the fight does go to the ground! Daley with ever improving TDD is something that truly terrifies me...

Decision
Daley was more or less what I expected, but it was Misaki that performed better than I thought he would. At 35 I didn't know if he would still have much left, plus I've been hesitant to pick Japanese fighters coming and fighting in the U.S.
It was immensely foolish and I deserve to be punished, preferably by having Misaki punch me in the liver.

Yeah I was shocked the judges gave that one to Misaki. I actually gave him the fight 30-27, but I thought the judges were going to side with the Daley takedowns and the damage he did, but overall I felt Misaki implemented his game plan and threw Daley way off of his own.

Will be interesting to see if a third fight between Misaki and Marquardt happens in Strikeforce, should Marquardt get by Tyron Woodley. Marquardt defeated Misaki twice, in 2002 and 2004.
