Well, Todd Duffee is a beast of a fighter and is definitely going to be way stronger than Tsuyoshi. Todd is known for his punching power, and Tsuyoshi has a history of getting knocked out in his earlier fights. Todd's boxing skills would be a huge advantage here, and I don't think Tsuyoshi's leg kicks would be enough to stop the raw power of Todd.
