This is a really good fight. I think hopper is decent, but that last fight was a terrible look. Starks was someone I rated pretty highly but then he completely shat the bed against a very bad opponent. I think he was injured or something cuz he didn’t look himself & has since looked much better. This will be a good test but I think he will beat hopper

I’ve been waiting for alvarez to fight for a super long time, but he keeps having bad luck. First he had that crazy weight miss against George, then his ufl fight got cancelled too. Hopefully he makes it to this one cuz they’re giving him a freebie. Alvarez is a high level grappler but also has really good power. Pretty much fights like yoel; really good wrestler who never uses it (only for defending) and is a low volume but insanely powerful striker. Yes he is coming off of a loss, but it’s aging pretty well

Jota is a sick karate striker. The only problem with that is he can’t grapple at all. However his opponent isn’t a grappler & looks like he’s 35 so I think Jota will be fine

I DO place U2.5 bets on the next three fights, they all go the distance.
The best part is that BetOnline, for arcane reasons beyond the comprehension of man, and despite offering live odds in the initial minute or so of the first round of each fight, have been closing the odds for the remainder of the fight, making it impossible to live bet on obvious winners in Landry and Starks. No way to hedge against the fight going the distance.
Not good.
