for people thinking soldatkin is a lock, please go watch his last fight and have a good laugh

obviously he's the A side here and he will win but after a performance like that in his last fight against such a low level opponent, the label "lock" should never accompany soldatkin

As I'm trying to do my research on Mario Piazzon, I found a YouTube channel that has all of the demo fight videos. For each demo fight event, they have all the videos listed but all of the events that Mario were in, they hid that one video on the playlist. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Sometimes it is just about dropping the pick with the confidence you have in them and not pointing out the obvious to the casuals. They wanna hear who wins... I will bet the more complete fighter here who has the advantage on the floor & is probably stronger too...
I've watched parts of the interview he dropped this weekend. The plan is to grapple here, but he is also comfortable in the stand up.
If they broke down their opponent it should be easy money...
I'm not a finance/bet advisor so bet according to who you think wins & according to your capacity. That way you won't pity the world... ;)

@volkan I think Soldatkin will win. He is very good in round 1 but the problem is if this gets extended he is going to lose. I doubt that happens because this guy he’s fighting has a padded record & looks terrible. Soldatkin will be a fade for me in the ufc

There’s not many but

Slim trabelsi
Robelis despaigne (very unproven but has insane physical qualities + he bronze medaled in taekwando at 2008 Olympics)
Anthony Cassar (NCAA & Big 10 Champ out of Penn State; very good friends with Bo nickal)
Mario pinto
Marsel Sychev (Greco Roman wrestling world champ; trains at MMA Factory)
Navajo Sterling (Heavyweight MT fighter turned MMA fighter out of CKB)
Brando Pericic (Same scenario as Navajo; also fought in Glory)
Zumso zuraev
Kirill Kornilov

There’s a lot more and I’m being picky but these are guys who stand out to me compared to the usual trash that is regional mma heavyweights. Despite still having some flaws, Slim is imo the best heavyweight prospect out currently. Hus wrestling is very high level (he was in the Olympics) and his striking is coming around (he has a really sharp jab). He left mma factory tk train at ATT, so that will only help him get better

Edit: there’s also this Chinese heavyweight whose name I can’t remember. He’s 6”7 and fought in glory kickboxing; recently debuted in mma. Trying to find his name

I vividly remember studying the Taleb Vs. Oliveira fight - even though he lost I was still left super impressed with Vinicius. Hope he gets the contract

Tape on Piazzon

I actually found some tape on Piazzon, it's just highlights though, and it's on his instagram. He just holds some fat guy against a cage, nothing special. And there is another video where he hurts some guy who is waaayyy smaller than him with a knee and GnPs him for the finish.

For the Chinese guy I think you mean Ce Liu and he’s a LHW but I agree he’s legit hopefully he’s goes to the PI and works on his grappling and starts to get active. Also Ant Cassar will go to 205 in the UFC he walks around at like 220 and has done a test cut to 205 and he can do it so neither of those guys are hw but now LHW is still thin and they are both good

Also I know we are talking pro heavyweights but Shah Kamali who trains with Mario Pinto and Stuart Austin is making his pro debut on Levels Fight league he might be someone to look out for
