Cortavious Romious, SUB, R2
I never thought Taveras deserved a DWCS spot, so that early stoppage against Sidey resulted in a lucky situation for Taveras as he has a new oportunity while avoiding the damage Sidey would have caused in the ground. I still expect him to loose against Cortavious, who will punish Taveras weeknesses similar to what Sidey did even he has more balanced toolset in the ground than the wrestle heavy approach form the canadian. I also think Romius will have the striking advantage, even if he is not as technichal as Taveras where he will use pressure and volume to set up the takedowns. Something to note is that Cortavious will have a big size disadvantage, but I don´t think this will factor that much as he has been dealing with bigger dudes at featherweight. Overall, I expect Romius to take the fight to the ground and eventually find a finish via his superior BJJ
Zenidim vs. Lima
André Lima, TKO, R3
Really unlucky situation for Rickson, he had a really good chance of winning on week 1 against Borjas, now his chances have decreased as he will be facing who I consider one of the most promising flyweights in Brazil. Andre Lima has a background in kickboxing and Muay Thai, which you can immediately tell by how light he is on the feet and how precise his striking combinations are. Despite this, he has a shown a really solid ground game during his MMA career, where he has shown good tools in the ground, specially in wrestling. Rickson is dangerous everywhere and has the experience advantage, but I expect Lima to set up the pace and eventually find a finish
Matthews vs. Farias
Connor Matthews, DEC
Kind of an underwhelming fight as I don´t think either guy deserves a shot. Before Farias last fight, he took a 4 year lay off, looking sharp in his comeback but he still has plenty o wholes in his game. Matthews hasn´t beaten anyone good either, but at least in DWCS last year he showed he is decently complete. This fight is kind of a coin flight but I am surprised by how many people are picking Farias by KO/TKO as something Matthews proved is that he is a really tough guy to finish. If Matthews survives the 1st round I think he can set up the pace in the following two a get a UD win
Finney vs. Panferov
Torrez Finney, TKO, R2
This an interesting fight where both guys could be either really good or complete busts. I am a big fan of Finney as he is an enormous human being despite being 5'7. His path to the win is really clear, as he uses his superior athleticism to take guys to the ground and maul them with heavy G&P. Once on the ground no one can really escape from him and he can do this for 15 minutes. His striking is a question which remains to be answered, but I don´t think that will be relevant in this fight. Panferov is a promising guy too but I have a lot of questions with him. For starters, even if he has faced worse competition than Finney, Panferov hasn´t looked nearly as dominant. His BJJ is really good but I don´t think he will be able to apply it against someone so top heavy as Finney. His chin is a big question too, and you need a chin when facing Finney´s G&P. Lastly, I worry about Panferov cutting to middleweight as he has never done it and durability will really be in question. I think Finney will do what he does best and finish this fight via G&P
Isakov vs. Mederos
Marquel Mederos, DEC
Weird fight where I don´t really understand the matchmaking, but should be a fun one as this is the classical striker vs grappler. Isakov a really good wrestler who lacks ability on the feet while Mederos is a really good striker with questions on the ground. The one who imposes his gameplan the better will win this. I expect Mederos to be the one to do this as even if he probably ends up in bottom position a few times I think he can get a UD based on damage alone.
Bittencourt vs. Rocha
Davi Bittencourt, TKO, R3
With this fight being rebooked, I will just copy the analysis I did last week, but before I will mention that going up a weightclass benefits Bittencout. This is a really good fight, both guys deserve a shot and I expect both of them to end up in a big company. Bittencourt is a really complete fighter who I have been following for a few years he is decent enough on the ground, but where he really shines is in the ground by mixing high level wrestling with really good BJJ. Rocha may be the opposite, having some decent BJJ while having a really good striking game where mixxes everythinh really well. Overall, I am leaning Costa as I have seen more flaws on Rocha´s ground game where he can be controlled on his back once the fight hits the ground

Connor is going to win by making Jair submit who is used to KO weaker opponents no offense but he’s never contended with the heart of a combat controller

Cortavious Romious, SUB, R1
Lotta finishes I'm predicting to end of this season of DWCS. Another 1st RD Sub via Armbar for Romious.
Zenidim vs. Lima
Rickson Thai Zenidim, SUB, R1
Zendim for sure taking the "W". Possibly by Armbar Sub in RD 1 or DEC?
Matthews vs. Farias
Connor Matthews, SUB, R1
RD 1 RNC from Matthews or a RD 2 KO from Farias. Someone's not making it out of this fight conscious though.
Finney vs. Panferov
Yuri Panferov, SUB, R1
RD 1 Sub via RNC. Someone is likely getting put out in the first. My other hot pick would be Finney by RD 1 KO.
Isakov vs. Mederos
Marquel Mederos, TKO, R2
High probability of a RD 2 finish from either side but going to lean towards Mederos to get it done in RD 2 by TKO or KO.
Bittencourt vs. Rocha
Lucas Rocha, SUB, R2
Def see a late first round / beginning of RD 2 finish from either side. I slightly lean more towards Rocha & his submission ability and am gonna predict a 2nd RD RNC Sub for the win.

Only difference is Zenidim has already been fraud checked prior to DWCS.
And Zenidim had a decent bounce back fight after being fraud checked to show some signs of improvement.
