International BJJ & MMA coach. semi-retired MMA fighter, TUF 11 alum (kinda).
I've been training since I was 21, I am now 32 and have been lucky enough to have been groomed by some of the best trainers the sports of BJJ, MMA & Muay Thai have ever seen. I've fought everywhere from dank bars & rodeo rings to the stadiums of Thailand and the TUF training center. I've spent years in Bangkok coaching and running gyms, fulling coaching contracts across the US and Europe. I love my life.
