Check out the blog this morning for an exclusive interview with Strikeforce Heavyweight Tournament participant Sergei Kharitonov. Kharitonov talks about breaking the other fighters in the tournament and give his thoughts on how the UFC's heavyweight division compared with Strikeforce's. Good read, if I do say so myself.

While I'm not sold on him going very deep in the tourney, I must say he looks and sounds rejuvenated. You never know what a guy goes through when he has injuries, as Sergei claims he's had. He seems pretty confident and as he points out, he's already beaten Overeem and Werdum. Good read there from skelliher.

Yeah I definitely think he's a long-shot to win the whole tournament, but I do have him beating Arlovski. He's got some great wins on his record, but I don't see him getting by Barnett in the semifinals. If he lucks out and Barnett loses to Rogers, he should be able to take Rogers out and make his way to the finals.
