It all depends on round 1 b/c I think Silva won round 3 and Askar won round 2. Askar landed more but Silva rocked Askar a couple of times in the 1st

Askar looked very improved I’ll say that. If he wins, he’ll likely need to win the lfa title before getting a ufc look again. Even then, he may need dwcs to get there. He’s good but still not ready yet imo

Yea I kind of agree with that decision. Askar didn't really do much damage tbh even tho he landed a lot. I haven't really been impressed with anything with Askar other than that he doesn't make too many mistakes, but he's a little chinny and can't get a finish against anyone good.

Tanaka is the better mma fighter but I think farias’s grappling pedigree makes the difference. This dude is another level on the ground. Very impressed with what I’ve seen
