I don't feel comfortable watching Connoly fight. She just gets pasted!!! Takes tonnes of head shots. The most important thing when you're a journeyman/woman is good defence. Look at all the UK journeymen with 100 losses, how many are KO's, hardly any at all. Like I said, Connoly has terrible defence, head bolt upright just eating shots!! Luckily Barker isnt a hitter at all, still I don't think this, "I'm the 1st Journey wome" n shtick is gonna end well

Last year he came to the UK, unknown to most(not me!) as an underdog and beat the **** outta Geordie British Champion Lewis Ritson as a near 3 to 1 underdog

I'm a big fan of Josh Kelly's boxing style, although sometimes he tends to fall into showboating. South Americans are tough boxers and a good couple of Mexicans and Argentinians have already come to the UK to destroy Brits Paper Stars (although the victories of Bronco Lara and Kiko Martinez were against established champions like Josh Warrington and Kid Galahad respectively). I honestly think Kelly has the potential to go far and while a loss will always be tough, losing to Avanesyan produced positive effects such as distancing him from Eddie Hearn and (Re-)Matchroom and also seeking more career focus from him. Bastida has KO power, but Kelly's technical level allows him to win the WBO International Championship and have a high ranking position.

I'm watching the event on star+ latinoamerica and honestly it has been one of the most bizarre moments I have seen in boxing, something similar to the Floyd-Ortiz incident, but the difference was that Floyd's punch was legal because the referee had restarted the fight .
