GGG has been hurt to the body lately.
Predictions: 7 of 8 Winners, 2 Perfect, 430 Points | Tied for 114th
I even think GGG got awarded the fight against Derevyanchenko, which is sad because I consider that Sergiy's last stand as a true contender, and got it taken away. Regardless, I think this third fight will be closer than most people expect, but due to the lack of activity in the recent years from Golovkin and his age, I don't see how people can expect him to do better than his last two fights with Canelo where he was closer to his prime than now.
I mean just logistically if you think Canelo has even gotten a little better since the last time they fought, and Triple G has actually dropped from where he once was, what trajectory do you think we are headed to? lol. I really like both fighters, and honestly I just look at the fight as a betting man.

I really don't like this booking, I know this was set before the Bivol fight but still, using someone as talented and unfairly treated throughout his career as GGG just to keep up the Canelo brand sucks. The first two fights, specially the second one, were some of the best high profile fights of the 2010s and tarnishing their legacy with a fight where there's only one outcome possible is...well. I think everything has been said about how this is gonna play out (what you need to do to beat Canelo, GGG's fight against Murata, the body punches, etc.) but you can basically sum it up with GGG being too old to carry any kind of viable game plan against Canelo. I hope it's just a lopsided UD but my gut is telling me that Canelo gonna finish him up with some kind of liver shot or downstairs-upstairs combination. Don't know how people in the future are gonna see GGG's legacy but this fight or his mismanagement/somewhat lacking resume that he had no say in shouldn't make anyone think that he wasn't an amazing fighter

Team GGG!!!!!!!!!!! Praying for GGG to put on the fight of his life and beat Canelo ass into submission! Late round corner stoppage as Canelo is taking a beating in the corner and Reynoso throws in the towel! Yeah, of course I know that is unlikely to happen, But!!!! I live in hope. We all know for absolutely certain GGG isn't getting any decision here! So it's knockout or bust. Let's GO!!!!!

Been hearing strange rumours about Ammo. Apparently he's suffering from some mental health "issues". You may remember a year or two ago Ammo had a bi of a meltdown (some very strange Instagram posts /videos). There's rumours about him struggling again with some even saying he shouldn't be fighting! Hard to say exactly how much truth there is, if any at all! But it's something to think about. Hopefully he's OK because he's a talent for sure. Conway is very capable himself. He's a solid European level guy, good enough that if Ammo isn't at his best Conway will cause big problems. I'm going to pick Ammo here because I'm only backing 1 underdog on this card!!! Maybe even place a small bet on Conway at 4 to 1!!!
Molina vs. Aponte

Really unusual boxing undercard match up here!!?? 2 undefeated prospects both have good amateur credentials both representing country at world tournaments, both good gyms(Molina with team Reynoso/Canelo, Aponte trains alongside Xander Zayas) both with Matchroom. Yeah, don't see his match ups often. That we are is a good thing! Hopefully we see more of it in the future. Not really sure who I'm favouring here? Going to side with the Mexican on the Canelo card!!
