@CrimsonChinGuru Your not really suppose to push others into it, but you should start fighting in novice and amateur MMA fights, maybe then pro... You could be good on the mic and you seem to be in decent shape.. You said you were a wrestler and your early 20s so nothing to lose (except for maybe some brain cells from wars and ground and pound) and everything to gain... Go for it, we all are behind you ✊
There are ways to promote brain cell growth and recovery also, maybe there is no fixing some damage, but some substances such as tumeric and psilocybin are beneficial in these regards. Having a good diet with fatty fish, good fatty oils sources and lots of vegtables/helps your brain stay healthy too... Im not sure if there is a way to recover from extreme brain damage though. Prevent it in the first place I guess...
