Boris Medvedev
Boris Medvedev is a really good prospect. I have him at #27 in welterweight. I think he could easily fight in UFC/Bellator/PFL/ONE - if there wasn't this anti-russian athlete bias and the war right now.
But a lot of the tapology users, who are mainly focused only on UFC, don't know him, so they don't rank him. lol
If he fought in the UFC, they might probably hype him.
