Mokaev said he’s fighting on ufc 280 per his Instagram. Wonder who he’s getting. Probably top 15 (Tim Elliot) but who knows

No way it's Tim Elliot. Not after Elliot's last performance and Mokaev's last performance. Maybe someone in the top 10-20 range but coming of an L not a solid PoTN style win in the top 15.

Maybe idk, beating Johnson was a pretty big deal for him, I think he’s more than ready for the Tim Elliot test

I was critical of the Khamzat jump to Burns, even though I thought he was ready. It's just an undeserving award for the newbie and a shaft to the vet. And that's Khamzat who was melting people across weight classes not winning decisions.

True, but at the same time it’s also 125; much thinner division than others. Plus, Tim Elliot doesn’t really GAF who he fights lol. Both are wrestlers and Tim is always exciting so I think it would be a good matchup. Also not really sure who else they would give mokaev. Only other person I could think of would be nascimento or nam maybe

Why not Dvorak? I feel like that’s a better acknowledgment of Mokaev with someone who has a style not catered to him. I feel like highly kinetic grapplers like Johnson and Elliott play into Mokaev’s style. I’d prefer someone like Amir, Dvorak, or if you wanted to go really high Pantoja. Technically sound guys who can crack.

It should be  Mokaev vs Molina imo. I dont think Molina last performance really deserved a ranking so it be nice to see him tested to keep his number.

Ooo dvorak is good. I don’t like the molina matchup for 2 reasons: 

1. Obviously a horrible matchup for molina, dude can’t stop takedowns. Mokaev would just drown him 

2. Cody Durden and molina are rumored to fight one another. Durden tweeted out he’s waiting for molina to sign bout papers

I just finished watching lok dog vs taleb (I had to miss it live), what an insane fight between two really good prospects. I’m pissed lok dog lost, but much like Tobias Harila on Friday, he lost by being too reliant on his chin; live by the sword die by the sword I suppose. Lok dog will be back but sucks to see him lose, taleb is gonna be a monster in pfl tho; he may be low volume but he has insane power for 135. Allstars may have another serious prospect on their hands
