I personally think he would get killed by anyone with a pulse right now, so Reyes is a good fight to build him up. Hes only 24 so there’s no need to feed him a killer. Plus like you said, it’s in his backyard (and a ppv) so obviously they want to showcase him

Yuji is a great pickup for DWCS. Anyone know his background? Obviously Japanese but where does Epohegva come from?

I think Yuji is still pretty raw so I'm interested to see how he does on DWCS, he doesn't always look great in his fights. He has been dropped before but he recovered very quickly. I think his striking is still developing but he does have alot of power, his grappling has looked pretty good. His amateur record is incomplete on tapology, he had a 6-0 amateur record so take that for what its worth. I want to say Epohegva comes from the Togo but I might be wrong.

Dont believe so, I know he trains with high level wrestlers and goes to wrestling camps. I do believe he trained in Karate when he was younger. He has trained with Takashi Sato and Rinya Nakamura.

@buga I highly doubt dulatov has a working U.S. visa. He has a criminal record and hangs out with some notorious guys in Germany. Will be interesting to see if he can even make it to Vegas

I like Khalil but his performance (very inconsistent up until late) is consistent with someone that is on and off the juice in my opinion. Also going to Thailand and coming back Bangkok ready is a bit of a meme in that regard.
As I've said before, I will believe the UFC has proper drug testing when an athlete that it really hurts the company to flag is flagged. Khalil is the third guy that's been flagged since USADA left at the start of this year, the others being Walt Harris and Khusein Askhabob (sp).

Also the source that reported Ottoni vs epohegva is usually accurate (learteviana mma); weird that it’s false. Maybe he got the bout wrong and Yuji is fighting someone else
