As long as you don’t cruise to a decision you are getting a contract 90% of the time. I have a feeling we will see lots of 5 contract episodes this season given the talent pool

For some of them sure. For example, the winner of Bonfim-Abbosov will probably get signed no matter what but Gogoladze vs Flowers looks like it's set up to have Flowers get destroyed. If Gogoladze just plays with him en route to decision he probably won't get signed.

Ya that’s why I was confused myself. Mma ecosystem reported it and he is an incredibly reputable source so I believe him. I think they may put the international guys who can’t fight cuz of visa issues and their fights will take place at the beginning of the cards like in the first go around of road to ufc. I am positive that yusaku kino****a will be on one of these matches

Im guessing that this will be like the first 4 episodes and have non tournament bouts that get treated like contender series bouts again where impressive wins can earn a contract.
