He's not really a prospect but he'll be a fun action fighter. Win some lose some probably hang around for a while.

He will probably be a gatekeeper of the division; good enough to beat the bad guys but a stepping stone for people who want to be ranked. Kind of like the Tim Elliot, before you get to Tim Elliot if that makes any sort of sense hahaha

A journalist from Spain says that the information about Joel Alvarez's fight is not correct. I'd bet on seeing Joel at UFC 281.

@random I was reading an interview on flick and he said the fight he wants the most is the Tim Elliot fight lol. That would definitely be a good matchup

Kinda an outta nowhere/unnecessary cut but Kelley didn't really add anything to the roster so it's not the worst

I think some of these guys ask for their release more than they are just being cut.

I thought Flick cited his retirement back in 21 because the UFC doesn't provide insurance for your immediate family like his wife and kids. He needed to get a job that took care of his family not just him.....but now his wife left him and presumably took the kids (99% of custody is awarded to women). So he's back in now that its just him to provide for in the household anyway.

MASSIVE NEWS 

Cedric doumbe, kickboxing superstar is fighting this week and with a win, has said he will be signing a contract and making his ufc debut on Sept 3rd (the paris card) doumbe is only 29 and has transitioned to mma full time after being one of the most dominant forces in kickboxing. He was the glory 170 champ and holds a record of 75-7-1, with 5 title defense. He was also a WAKO and K-1 champ as well. He holds multiple wins over murthel goernhart (2 wins), neiky holtzken (2 wins), brad riddell, Jimmy Vienot, karim gajji, and sittichai sittsongpeenong. He’s accomplished all of this, and is only 29! He is a stud of a prospect and I’m so excited the ufc is picking him up with a win (which let’s be honest, he’s not losing)
