Yes true tbh, Henry could easily be a mexican card headliner. You can easily do Merab vs Cejudo seeing as 297 has a good enough main card without it. I just don't know how happy Mexicans will be to have Cejudo on a mexican card, seeing as he's openly admitted to being a prouder american than mexican. And also with him having beef with Moreno whos like their guy

What about Yair/Mitchell? That would be a pretty cool headliner.

I feel like when giving yair a main event spot, you want to put him against another striker so yiu get a crazy 5 round kickboxing match. Him vs Mitchell would be a good fight but idk kinda weird for a headliner since they’re conflicting styles. Either Mitchell exposes Yair’s lack of grappling and wins dominantly or Yair beats the **** out of him on the feet (I’m going with the latter)

That’s different tho. They needed someone to fight gane in Paris. There’s like 4-5 different headliners they could do for a Mexican event, France only has 1 big star

Oh nice, he’s ethnically Kazakh so that makes sense. Naiza is a great regional org too; I imagine 1-2 good wins and the ufc will sign him

Big (and very bad) news for Bellator 

Usman nurmagomedov has failed a drug test (substance not revealed). As a result, he is dropped from the tourney and his win over Primus is an NC. That’s a really big blow to his reputation, nobody is gonna look at him the same 

Important edit: helwani said it was a result of Usman not disclosing a prescription for a drug he needs. So not a failed test for roiding

 no he wasn't.  He didn't disclose a drug he uses as prescribed by doctors so he was suspended.
