Instead of spamming the boards everytime I see some cool news, I’ll post it here. I’ll also keep track of prospects I like, new signings to ufc/dwcs/Bellator/etc.

Right, duh how could I forget that 

My worry with renfro joining the 155 division is that he is a massive 155er. He hasn’t missed but had to pull out last time against glaucio because of weight cut complications. He could struggle to make weight 4 times a season should he advance far

Unfortunately Tecia is retired if not close to it due to trying to start a family and Karate Hottie is old now and she said a long time ago that the cut to 105 was too hard and she would never go back. Most of the 105 talent is already scooped up by One and Rizin. I think it would be another case of UFC's version of the division being shallow because it already exists in several other promotions who promote and pay them better.

@ayy yeah that is true. It could be a discipline issue or maybe he needs a nutritionist. If not, 170 might not be bad for him to try and make money fast. Worked for Ray Cooper III and he is short for 170.

The problem with renfro is he’s a tweener like Kevin lee. Way too small for 170 but weighs too much to comfortably make 155 on a consistent basis. It may very well be discipline issues but since he only failed to make weight once I’m not sure. He should really hire a nutritionist tho if he wants to attempt to make weight in short amounts of time 

To the surprise of nobody, khusein Askhabov has pulled out of his scheduled ass whooping, citing an “injury”. I really just wish the ufc would cut him; he already got exposed as a can crusher & him and his brother are both known as pullout artists

Also to the ufc starting an atomweight divsion

There are many girls in invicta that could be signed, along with the vast amount of Asian women overseas. The one issue is the best atomweights are all contracted in ONE or RIZIN. Ufc could maybe get some of the rizin girls (I don’t imagine seika izawa would come cheap tho) but the ONE girls are definitely out of the question. There are also girls on the roster who could switch down to 105 as well; Elise reed comes to mind. I think she would greatly benefit from a move to atomweight. I’m sure there’s other girls off the top of my head but I don’t remember

Id rather Ufc had wmma 105 than 145 but not important.

I would rather have instead guys added to lightweight, featherweight, bantamweight and flyweight personally

As long as Europeans get the opportunity it's all good

I hope Dulgarian finally debuts he has been signed about 18 months ago. Only Jonny Parsons is waiting for longer.

Kind of funny how he got co-signed by nelk as that stupid “full send fighter” yet they haven’t promoted him once since; no surprise that was a sham 

Braxton smith and Martin sano Jr have both been cut by the ufc per roster watch 

I’m inclined to believe smith was cut because of a failed PED test. I mean, I wouldn’t be shocked if they cut him, he’s garbage, but it does seem weird to let someone go after one fight 

Anybody have an updated DWCS fighter list? Some rumored guys have since been booked on regional shows so it's hard to keep track.

Thanks man that was quick haha. Only 2 of those names are new to me. I would like to add that I heard a rumor of Fatima Kline but no confirmation.

I just saw some information from the Fights with Friends YouTube channel that Kamaru Usman and Khamzat Chimaev could be fighting for the first 178 pound championship in the UFC.

Robbie Ring just got confirmed to DWCS, he is facing Luis Pajuelo

I honestly think featherweight is more exciting of a division, but atomweight just has more fighters in general let alone fighters with better skills. The thought of women's featherweight and lightweight is a good thought, but there's really very few in-shape women that weigh more than 150 without cutting weight let alone women who actually compete in MMA
