Per his ig, Chris Hofmann has announced he will be competing on RTU. While he looks unassuming on the surface, he’s actually got a pretty decent resume. I mean, urcc has pretty bad comp but he has some decent wins like John adajar or this 4-1 Korean he beat in his last fight. He’s 9-1 with all 9 wins by ko. He is also the URCC double champ (170 & 185). He is also a former member of the Phillipinnes national wrestling team (for whatever that’s worth). Seems like a half decent guy but time will tell how good he actually is

Havent seen anything yet but I struggle to find any other Asian MW with a decent record. Plus UFC is pushing Chinese fighters harder this year so it would make sense. But it's purely speculation.
