Instead of spamming the boards everytime I see some cool news, I’ll post it here. I’ll also keep track of prospects I like, new signings to ufc/dwcs/Bellator/etc.

Mendonca is gonna win if it leaves the first 2 minutes. Ajim is really dangerous early 

Patterson is going to mail cenci. I don’t even know how cenci got signed, probably another guy dariush asked to get a shot

Something interesting I just found: After tonight's card I was thinking about how many Brazilian fighters we've seen on DWC this season, so I went back to count. We always expect USA-based fighters to be the most frequent just because of where the show and the UFC itself is located, and by my count there were 30 (or 31 if you count Karl Williams but I consider the Virgin Islands their own thing) that have either fought or are scheduled to fight this year. But what's crazy is how close Brazil is this year, I counted 29 Brazilians! And with 10 fighters per week, 10 weeks, there's only 100 slots total, meaning that the USA+Brazil have more representation than the rest of the world combined and almost 1/3rd of the total fighters are from each country.

Not exactly shocking considering those are 2 of the big 3 talent-producing countries, but I don't ever remember a year being so dominated by two countries. And its also interesting looking at the numbers for the third big country, Russia. Now obviously there's major complications with a war going on, but I still find it incredible that with all of the talent only 2 Russians made it onto the show this year: Viktoriya Dudakova and Ikram Aliskerov. I've long suspected that the UFC has a limit of how many Russians, especially wrestlers, they're willing to sign, because if they were really just taking the best prospects in the world there could easily be 15-20 different guys each year from Dagestan or Chechnya with big beards and Magomed somewhere in their names.

And Poirier Chandler obviously at ufc 281 but that’s basically confirmed 
Feel like petroski is being underestimated  isn’t he like 20% on tapology predictions because I think he smokes Truman who nearly lost to Alvey and was being beaten convincegly by cirkunov till that crazy arm bar
Again maximov is being underestimated against Malkoun in but im more 50 50 with this one and feel both are pretty decent but it is middleweight but Malkoun is a great wrestler who should test maximov and let’s us see if he’s learnt from the petroski loss
Edit petroski picks were at 20% but he’s now at like 60 but what I says still stands that he smokes Turman as long as hes worked on his gas tank and I reckon he has because he knows it’s probably his biggest weakness well that and striking cos his looks awful well in my opinion

That puts the hype down so much man.... They gotta get a featherweight to replace him, that card was getting led with a sick Main and co-main, the card is still good without it but there's no more legitimate co-main on it anymore

Was just about to say this. He fought out his contract and the ufc opted to not resign him. Very strange. I mean, he didn’t live up to the hype but he’s definitely not a bad fighter at all. Pfl should try and get him

With Thiago Santos and Burgos who else are they going to try and take from the ufc?
