@Reynolds I'm in favor of 2 things: ufc having competition as it's good for the sport and fighters going where the money is because it's good for the fighters.
Not everyone can just go to UFC. That doesn't help the whole monopoly lawsuit they still have going on anyway.
Besides the more good names PFL gets ahold of then people start looking at them as a major player. I said it before but I believe at this rate they will overtake Bellator as the number 2 in probably 2 years.

@ayy I think PFL is making signing like this so they can break the rep of being "B league". At a certain point, with enough good fighters signed, an ESPN slot, and the financial backing, you have you look at them as a major player.

I think they are a major player its just that their roster isn't up to speed with others. In terms of viewership and purchasing power, they're probably already second behind ufc, maybe third behind ONE actually its hard to say

Bellator was on a roll a few years ago when they signed Shots and a bunch of other nitable prospects then it just stopped. They are too content to keep riding that wave instead of continuing it every year like ufc does. Plus as long as ex ufc stars like Bader and old legends like Fedor are the focus (also maybe just the name Bellator) it will be hard for them to be taken seriously.

Thats why they signed Burgos and hopefully Lazy King. My guess is the roster will be revitalized next year and it's why they have the challenger series to help build up prospects.

I think they're B leagues by definition since none of them come close to the UFC. Maybe the UFC is actually the S league though since it's more popular than most other sports. Idk. I always thought Bellator was number 2, and most people seem to agree that it is. They have the most high level fighters besides the UFC, great prospects, solid champions (for the most part) and exciting events, but their numbers are so ass. If you told me Bellator was a C league and more on par with KSW than ONE or PFL I would believe you. LFA and those others are regional promotions, they're C leagues (or B leagues if you wanna introduce the whole S tier league thing like I mentioned earlier)

I forgot to mention, I finished taping Raul rosas jr a few days ago and this kid has looked very impressive. I do worry it’s too soon for dwcs but I mean this kid has been completely dominating grown men in Uwc. His grappling is unbelievably slick. They also matched him up with a good grappler so should be very interesting. I know he hasn’t really been tested and Mando is a solid fighter but I think rosas could actually win this fight. He may be something special

For those wondering, his cardio seems very good too. In his fight that went to the second round; he fought for 7 1/2 minutes fighting all has no brakes and didn’t slow down for a second. He can just relentlessly grapple you

Tapology has the kino****a fight wrong. Hes not fighting Souza hes fighting Jose Henrique as was originally rumored. They also have the wrong guy in the next PFL card.
