He actually has a tough opponent. Ramirez is a multi time World Title challenger and top 10 world rated. The only thing is that Ramirez is top 10 rated at the weight class below(130) and his World Title challenges were even lower at 126lbs !!! Not sure why he jumped up here?
Especially against a power puncher like Cruz
